Superb long-range strikes and brilliant close-range techniques highlighted the past week, which gets your vote?

Some brilliant pieces of close control and finishing were supplemented by outstanding long-range strikes from set pieces and open play across the USL Championship over the past seven days. Here are our picks for four of the top finishes, now it’s up to you to pick the winner of the USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week presented by Select.

USL Championship Goal of the Week – Week 14

Brandan Craig (ELP) - #SAvELP, 6/5/24: The United States youth international curled home a brilliant free kick from 25 yards out into the top-left corner to give Locomotive victory against Copa Tejas rival San Antonio FC.

Jorge Hernandez (SA) - #TULvSA, 6/8/24: The standout playmaker showed off his goalscoring quality with a brilliant long-range effort to the top-left corner late on against FC Tulsa at ONEOK Field.

Frank Lopez (MIA) - #LVvMIA, 6/8/24: The Cuban forward produced a brilliant piece of close control and deft finish to open the score for Miami FC in its visit to Las Vegas Lights FC at Cashman Field.

Khori Bennett (LV) - #LVvMIA, 6/8/24: The first of his two goals on the night, Bennett’s backheel flick to redirect Coleman Gannon’s low cross from the right between the defender and goalkeeper provided the impetus for Lights’ comeback victory.
