Orange County SC’s Duran Ferree has been selected in the United States Men’s U-20 National Team that will compete at the Concacaf Men’s U-20 Championship in Mexico.

The United States faces Costa Rica, Cuba and Jamaica in the group stage of the tournament which kicks off next Friday in Celaya and Irapuato, Mexico.

A native of San Diego, Calif., Ferree last year became the youngest goalkeeper to record a shutout in the USL Championship’s regular season aged 16 years, 6 months, 27 days old while competing for San Diego Loyal SC.

Ferree joined Orange County SC this season on loan from 2025 MLS expansion side San Diego FC and has recorded one shutout and seven saves in three appearances this season. The 17-year-old goalkeeper will play up an age-group after competing last year for the United States at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Indonesia.
