Game-changing denials showed the league’s goalkeepers at their best, which one gets your vote?

As the race for the postseason began to pick up steam, some of the goalkeepers across the USL Championship stepped up to make remarkable stops in the past week, some of which proved pivotal to their clubs’ pursuit of a place in the playoffs. We’ve picked out four of the best, now you get to select which one will be the USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week presented by Terminix.

USL Championship Save of the Week – Week 19

Raiko Arozarena (LV) - #ELPvLV, 7/12/24: The Cuban international posted a five-save shutout to help the Lights to victory in El Paso including a superb close-range denial of Locomotive’s Tumi Moshobane to keep the side ahead in the second half.

Hunter Sulte (IND) - #INDvLDN, 7/13/24: The 22-year-old had another standout performance this past weekend which included a remarkable kick-save as he shifted in the opposite direction to keep out a first-time finish by Loudoun’s Zach Ryan.

Colin Shutler (OC) - #TBRvOC, 7/13/24: Shutler made an outstanding reflex stop, going at full stretch to tip a looping header by the Tampa Bay Rowdies’ Cal Jennings over the crossbar at Al Lang Stadium.

Johan Peñaranda (TUL) - #MBvTUL, 7/13/24: The 24-year-old earned his second shutout in four starts for Tulsa as he stretched up an arm to parry away a penalty kick in second-half stoppage time by Monterey Bay’s Ousseni Bouda.
